What are the cancellation rules for reservations?
Dear customer, We want to ensure that your experience with us is as transparent as possible. For this reason, we would like to inform you about our cancellation policy for our products/services.
- No fees will be applied if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the date of the activity.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the amount paid.
- In case of refund of the amount paid, the costs of the operation will be charged to the customer.
Is there any other way than online that I can make my reservations?
Booking through the website is normally a quick and simple task, and confirmed at the moment. However, it is possible to book over the phone or you can contact our customer service team.

I still don't know the exact date I will be able to travel, is it possible to make a reservation without an exact date?
You cannot make a reservation if you do not have a specific date. You need to decide the exact date you are going to travel so you can make a reservation.
When will I receive booking confirmation?

I keep getting errors when I try to pay with a credit card. How should I proceed?
The credit card payment process is fully automated and secure. Check all your credit card details or contact your bank to obtain the 3-digit security code that will be requested during the purchase. If you are unable to book, please contact customer service at:

Can I book flights, hotels or car rental?
